Hospice or home nurse facilities

Hi
My 85 year old father in law who has lived in Spain for 25 years has been diagnosed with terminal cancer but at the moment is still mobile but struggling as each day passes. His consultant has decided on palliative care only and we believe he will soon need home nursing or to be taken care of in a hospice. He is living in his own apartment very close to our holiday house in Estepona, so for the time being we are taking care of him each day as it comes. Does anyone have any advise or help with home nursing and care homes in Estepona for a UK Citizen but is a Spanish resident. None of us speak Spanish unfortunately. Many thanks for any help or advice.
