Is there room for a sheltered home/assisted living retirement resort/village in Estepona and would you use it?

Yes, we would use it, and feel the time is ripe for something here in Estepoa.

We would be interested in a co-housing project - independent homes, with communal areas, for older people to enjoy their post retirement years, preferably with other generations within the community.
