Hi, I dont know whether this will help. We subscribe to MuchoTV at a cost of €48.00 per year. It gives virtually  all uk tv channels. Easy to download and customer services are very helpful.

I don't think there are any free to air expat channels per se but if you speak with people like Olivenet or Avatel (there are also others) they offer IPTV solutions that will give you a large selection of English (& other language) channels. We've had both Olivenet and Avatel. They are both very good, we only moved to Avatel as there was a deal done with them through my urbanisation so it made sense to move. Either one will provide you with internet, a telephone line & IPTV with a large number of channels. Plus there are things like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.... we have all of it and have more telly than we can cope with to be honest :)
