Good residential area to buy a property

Hi, if you are fortunate you may find a property for sale in the Bahia Azul urbanisation which is not a tourist location and is 1 minute from the beach.

Bahia Azul is located 100 meters before the roundabout  to Estepona  in the direction Duquesa to Estepona.

As you say there are many options in Estepona, we moved here last year into a small community of only 10 houses in the old town. Although familiar with the whole area from Manilva to San Pedro, we decided several years ago that the old town was the ideal area for us. The prices however are different from Duquesa, that said it depends where and what type of property.  You do not give any indication as to budget I will send you a PM.
