I will be bringing my RH drive car to Spain in June and intend registering it here. Can anyone advise if any of the car testing centres in this area will accept the stick-on lens converters for changing the headlamp dipping. A friend of mine in Almeria has told me that it is accepted there but I'm not sure if it is accepted in this region.
