We have used medical centres. Results and printed cert in 30 mins. Also e mailed. Centro medical in Calahonda open on public holiday allowing us to make appt. Worth checking opening hours. 50€ per person a good incentive. LFT.

You can take a test with you. Do it abroad and get your fit to fly certificate. Chromonics is one company that does this

Tourists who are British nationals or legal residents in the United Kingdom are only able to travel to Spain with a vaccination certificate,
