I have a Phillips smart tv approx 9 years old although only used for about 3 years overall?
The picture intermittently goes off then resets again? This has been happening for a few days but now we can't switch off or change channels,it’s on for about 5seconds then goes blank and repeats itself! Does anyone know a good tv repair man? Many thanks, Clive

Have you tried a total reset, it should be in the instructions, (which will be on line) it's a software based system, there are also sometimes updates.
