I am just about finishing my rebuild in Estepona old town. I used a builder called Misha who is Ukrainian very good. You need a good Architect though and I have used Mauricio Lozano he is amazing and has dealt with all licences etc. My house is nearly finished and you are welcome to come and see the quality Terry 07921 289292
