We need help sorting out our utility services and accounts

...o been told that we cannot pay the accounts from a UK bank account, although I have read conflicting information on this point. We also understand that the electric meter needs to be refitted by the supply company.
We have the necessary NIE and NIF numbers in place and copies of the utility bills to work with. If you can help us, please let us know costs for what we assume will be a solid half day of telephone work which could be done via Teams from the UK end with us or face to face from our office in Cambridge if preferred.
