I can recommend CRM building and groundworks based in Coin. They underpinned our house and we were pleased with the work and the price was reasonable compared with other quotes. Call Colin on

The building in question is about 155 sq metres. There are cracks going all around the house despite it being pinned 8 years ago. Some of them you can put a finger into.
Which methods do you use to underpin and can you give me ballpark quotes for the (single storey) bungalow?
Does the work also come with a guarantee?
