Property for sale in Calahonda area

Dear All
I am looking to purchase a property in the Calahonda area with a view to moving there full time in the not too distant future. Can anyone advise the best places to look to get the best prices. I've head property auctions are a good option but don't know the first place to start with these.
I am obviously on mailing lists with various sites and constantly looking on estate agents sites but not sure I am fully covering everything.
Any advice would be appreciated.
