Yes because the 180 period re-starts. '90 days in 180' - Here a link to the EU Schengen calculator. Note the same applies to the whole Schengen area not just Spain. https://ec.europa.eu/assets/home/visa-calculator/calculator.htm?lang=en

I agree that it's possible . Just be careful that 10 minutes in the country counts as a full day.
