Having terrible trouble getting qr number fir spanish travel form missed flight this morning from london due to form not completing.
Is it poss8ble to complete you form??

Good Morning
To travel to UK until 4th October 2021 when the rules are changing one must do the following
!.Complete a Lateral Flow Test within 48/72 hours before your flight.
2. Complete your Health Locator Form online & print it off somewhere.
3. Click on the "Test to Release " link on the website below to book your day 2 Test in UK if not already done so.
4. Carry proof of your Double Jab Vaccination certificate showing both doses and dates thereof
