Our friend has a Blue UK Badge. I dont think this is valid so have downloaded the Spanish form . Is this ok. I have translated it and it seems so. Any info will be appreciated

I emailed my local council in Spain, La Cala
They confirmed that UK Blue Badges cannot be used in Spain

Does anyone know if there is a correct procedure to apply for a Spanish one, please? -My mother is 99, has lived here for 45 years and can’t get around well. So she needs her own badge to use in any vehicle she’s transported in.
