Aware of Schengen Rule 90 days in 180 days period. Is this rule only going to be applied and enforced after 1 Jan 2021

Could i enter a rental agreement for 6 months say from Oct 2020 to Mar 2021 

Jan Feb Mar 2021 would be 90 days within Schengen rule the three months Oct Nov Dec  2020 would be ignored or not enforced? 

Yesterday, 9 June 2020, when I entered Brittany Ferries website and went to Manage my Booking I got "This crossing is currently unavailable, please choose an alternative or call us on 0330 159 5010." However, the website will not allow me to choose an alternative and the telephone number is out of order. Also, I have not received any emails or text messages from Brittany Ferries. Is anybody else in the same position?

Wondering what the main agriculture is in Maro. 

What is grown in the large plastic covered greenhouses? 

Are there pig farms? 

Does the area attract a lot of flies because of the agriculture? 

I completed my two Form 210 on line on 11th November 2019, including my bank details on page 5, for the tax office to collect the payment. I have done this in previous years and the money has been claimed, but this year nothing has been taken. What with the coronavirus and lockdowns I have not had the chance to go to the Foreigners Department for help. I know that the form has changed slightly this year, perhaps I've done something wrong. It looks like my next chance to be there may be September. Can anybody help? Will they still be charging interest for "late payment"?

Can anyone recommend a dentist in Nerja ( or vicinity ) who specialises in dental implants.

Good Morning

My husband and I are looking to move to Southern Spain next year. I have been doing a lot of research and I am still confused about Spanish taxes.

We are retiring early (in our 50''s) and will be living off our savings and a small works pension. We will be mortgage free.  Will we be required to pay tax?

Grateful for any advice or suggestions.
