Yesterday, 9 June 2020, when I entered Brittany Ferries website and went to Manage my Booking I got "This crossing is currently unavailable, please choose an alternative or call us on 0330 159 5010." However, the website will not allow me to choose an alternative and the telephone number is out of order. Also, I have not received any emails or text messages from Brittany Ferries. Is anybody else in the same position?

Richard

Many thanks for your suggestion. I’ve written a letter to their customer services department in Plymouth which will be sent tomorrow from my UK address using a certificate of posting. I’ve asked for a full refund.

Do you know the address for litigation where the booking is made using their website? Is that on twitter?

In the meantime I’ve booked a flight from Madrid to Heathrow with the carrier Iberia/British Airways.

Just received an email from Brittany Ferries with the follwing paragraph:

"At the foot of this email are details of a Refund Credit Note for the full value of your cancelled sailing. This is valid for two years and can be used against a future holiday or sailing with Brittany Ferries, its use will also give access to exclusive offers in the future."

I want the cash.

I don’t know about the complaints but I would send them your complaint/question on Twitter anyway it’s worth a try.
