Form 210

I completed my two Form 210 on line on 11th November 2019, including my bank details on page 5, for the tax office to collect the payment. I have done this in previous years and the money has been claimed, but this year nothing has been taken. What with the coronavirus and lockdowns I have not had the chance to go to the Foreigners Department for help. I know that the form has changed slightly this year, perhaps I've done something wrong. It looks like my next chance to be there may be September. Can anybody help? Will they still be charging interest for "late payment"?
