I have a house in Nerja and would like to have PV Solar Panels installed. Not only to save on electricity bills but to be Greener. I would also like to sell unused energy produced, back to the Grid.

Due to the present restrictions on travel to the UK, I was considering visiting Nerja for Christmas.

I would be interested to know if any festive activities are going ahead and if any restaurants/ hotels doing Christmas Day dinner.

Anything Christmas related would be of value.

Hi, thinking of booking a late holiday in Nerja. We were there in March but lockdown forced an early return, i dont want ghe same to happen this time.

Are hotel, bars and restaurants open? How is daily life in Nerja compared to the norm?

I am in receipt of my S1 form as I am a pensioner in my eighties and I am a little confused as to where I have to register this form. I know I have to go to an INSS office but which one? We live in Nerja but had to register on the census at the Frigiliana Town Hall. So I have my Padrón. My query is which INSS office do I go to in order to register my S1? I am disabled and it was very difficult getting around Frigiliana in a wheelchair which my son in law also found very difficult even with my daughter’s help. Do we have to go back to the Town Hall there, if so, can we register with a doctor in Nerja? Your help and advice would be much appreciated.

By the way, we just love this beautiful town of Nerja and all the people who have been so kind and helpful to us. We only moved here from Torrox two weeks ago and we are enchanted. Thank you.

We have been coming to Nerja for many  years on holiday. We bought an a apartment and refurbished it and its now ready to occupy.  In late October time we intend travelling by ferry from UK to Nerja and to stay for a few months, all subject to abiding by any restrictions etc. Its our first time staying for a longer period, we are currently going through all the legal process in Spain to register etc. One question I would like to ask of the people who stay on a longer term basis is about medical insurance cover, how does it work for long term stays. I would like to have some information before I contact my current travel insurers.  I would appreciate if you can share any experience and or advice you have in this area. I know Covid may be a problem and Brexit on 31/12, will probably pose other problems as well.

We have just moved to Nerja, we have a fridge/freezer but we have no room in this for all our soft drinks. Where can we get a fridge that will be delivered please. Thank you.
