S1 Form

I am in receipt of my S1 form as I am a pensioner in my eighties and I am a little confused as to where I have to register this form. I know I have to go to an INSS office but which one? We live in Nerja but had to register on the census at the Frigiliana Town Hall. So I have my Padrón. My query is which INSS office do I go to in order to register my S1? I am disabled and it was very difficult getting around Frigiliana in a wheelchair which my son in law also found very difficult even with my daughter’s help. Do we have to go back to the Town Hall there, if so, can we register with a doctor in Nerja? Your help and advice would be much appreciated.

By the way, we just love this beautiful town of Nerja and all the people who have been so kind and helpful to us. We only moved here from Torrox two weeks ago and we are enchanted. Thank you.
