Hi can anybody help   I have recently moved to benalmadina and I am seeking work I al have 1 driver but don't really want to do that Iam willing to try anything before driving I managed a bed shop in Kent and also have worked for prudential helping people with pensions unit trusts etc but that was a long time ago   Would really like to be involved with estate agency selling and showings and property management cleaning

Hello, We are living in Spain but want to rent a property on the coast for a month in the winter. Partly to escape the colder weather where we live and also to have a little holiday with our family. We would want to rent for 28 days and so long as it includes the firsst week of Feb we are flexible on exact dates. For the first week of Feb we would be joined by our 3 grown up kids so 5 adults, and the rest of the time it would just be the two of us. We would need minimum 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed for the 5th person,but if 3 bedrooms fitted our budget then that would be good. We would like a bit of a terrace or balcony big enough for us to sit outside. Apart from that we are easily pleased! Within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/bars is preferable. Our budget is between 700 and 850 Euros inclusive of utilities for the 28 days.

If you have a property that might suit please let me know.

Hi, we have a flat in Benalmadena and need a handymann for a few jobs.  Can anyone recommend someone reliable 

2 comfortable arm chairs high back needed for 2 active elderly couple who cannot afford to buy new chairs but do 

really need some comfort in their senior years must be in good condition.

My husband have already made a Spanish Will but have doubhts that itactually going to help the family when something happens yo us. Any tips.
