General question about taking out a mortgage on a Spanish property .... - 0 replies

Rick63 Posted by Rick63 in General property discussion in Alhaurín de la Torre on Sun Jul 19, 2020 2:44pm

Hi ,

just wondered if anyone had any advice about taking out a mortgage to assist buying a property in Spain .. in particular i was interested to find out if you can use a British based bank as they have cheap borrowing rates at the moment  or whether it is an easier option to use a Spanish bank and if so do they have competitive charges ...i appreciate that you would need a Spanish Bank in any event to use to pay for utilities etc ... many thanks
