Hi we live in Alhaurin de la Torre and have had some major works carried out on our Villa on Pinos. The main builder did not speak any Spanish but he had a colleague working with him who spoke fairly good English and he does small jobs ( good all round handyman). He lives in Alhaurin de la Torre. Most of the other tradesman like the electrician, plumber, pool guys are all local too and the handyman knows them all, he is called Dani 622 809 069.

Great that you moving to Pinos, we are back to UK for a family wedding in the first two weeks of August, after that we will be at 235, Arroyo de la Miel. Please feel free to knock on the door for coffee or something stronger.
