I was asked to advise the outcome of leaving Spain after exceeding the 90 day rule as non-residents:
We left by boat. At the ferry port, the border police noticed. They were not interested in seeing our medical documentation (explaining the reason for our overstay), and simply observed that our problem was not in leaving the country but in returning, i.e. we would have to stay away for the requisite period.

I am looking for recommendations for a private day nursery for my 1 year old daughter.
I am moving to La Cala Mijas next year from the UK and will be working full time, so looking for something local to there or surroundings towns.

Who do I need to contact - council / police?
I need to arrange sufficient parking space in front of our house
As the locals tend to park anywhere there is a space, I'm guessing I will need some sort of local permit to make space available.
How much are they?
How much lead time is required
