 we will be buying our property soon and I think it is one of our first jobs , to have the A/C serviced. Can you give some indications of costs?

Hi Kiki,

That is for sure a good idea. We pay around 90-100 € for a inspection with cleaning filters. We have two outside units. I guess the price depends on the model, and of course if any repairs have to be done. When you know what model you have in your apartment, you can give Steve a call or write him, then he will give you a price for the inspection.

 oh thanks for this. I think I counted 4 units in the property and tbh they looked pretty old but hey what do I know?
