Hi, an estate agent is charging me a fee for an apartment we are looking to rent short term .  Is this usual in Spain? Here in Ireland it is normally the person who is renting the property who pays the commission fee.  Thank you

We are looking to rent a 2/3 bedroom apartment or small house from 1 April to 30 June 2022 in the Costa del Sol (Estepona, Marbella, La cala de Mijas etc). We would like a high quality property very close to the sea and within a short drive to a nearby town.

Our budget is flexible (€1500-€2000 pm) and will be in keeping with the quality and location of the property.
