Hello Graham. I came across this post when I searched the group for abogado. Just wondering how your transition is working out. Did you use the services of Campos y Martin? My husband and I are seriously considering retiring in Costa del Sol. We will be making our third exploratory trip there in a few weeks and like to meet with a reputable lawyer to discuss the logistics of buying property (living there but also renting it out during the high season). Hello Teresa. We used Martinez Echevarria in the end. Excellent service. 10 out of 10 basically. We were so happy with them that we now use them for annual tax returns as well. You will find their details at www.martinezechevarria.com. We used their Fuengirola office, but they have offices all over the place. Hello Mike. They virtually all speak English. Just Google the nearest office to you, call them and they will put you on to one of their English speaking lawyers. Graham

The gentleman who helped us buy our house has since left the company. Since then I have been dealing with Margarita Villalonga, but I believe she is in their Fuengirola office.
