Yes it finally works ! I can get my Apartment IBI/Basura online and pay it using:
Oficina virtual Patronato de recaudación de Málaga (prpmalaga.es)
You need to enter matricula = Property # 12345678 (8 digits from Deeds or previous bill)
Organismo = drop down menu of your locality
NIF = I used my NIE (format Y1234567L)
....and up came my IBI and Basura Invoices(as per above, from July 1st yearly). Payment online via a card click the Euro sign links over to Caixa bank and just enter the card details. At last ! No more queuing at the Office(after online Appointments) and then the Bank(only certain banks and days...)"

Nigel I’m struggling to make this work. Do I need to register and if I need to register it is asking for a support number. I am a uk non resident so cannot see how I can register.
If I don’t need to register please provide accurate details as to where I need to go on the web ste.
