Tax advice for ex pats

Can anyone recommend a good income tax advisor locally. I am a pensioner living in Alameda for the last nine months.I want to get my tax affairs in order.I am looking for someone who has personal experience of a local, English speaking accountant/tax advisor who get get me registered in the Spanish tax system and help with submitting tax returns. Someone who knows the Spanish system and who is not going to charge the Earth preferably.
