Hi All
I have booked my flight to move to Saydo Windmill on the 30/03, I have been looking at banks over a long period and I feel that the bank that I would use would be the BBVA in Mollina but before I make my final decision I would like some feedback if thats okay on your experiences with this bank good and bad?.
A lot of banks seem to charge for maintaining the account but the BBVA dont for a certain account Your help would be very much appreciated. Phil
Hi All
Anyone shopped in Sanchez lately?, is it a good place to buy everyday furniture including electrics or is there a better shop in either Mollina or Antequera?. Looking at purchasing a fair amount of furniture and its going to be either a shop in Spain or Amazon. With Sanchez I am presuming that I can physically see what I am buying unlike Amazon?. Thanks. Phil

Compliant Scooter Models (DGT Certified):
Hi has anyone used Temu for sending good to Spain am looking at Amazon also but Temu seem to be a fair bit cheaper for someitems that Iwant so thinking of using both of them for goods. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
We have a consumer dispute (reclamacion) with our static mobile home park. Presently it is in the hands of la OMIC in Antequera.
We are pre-empting the need for a good lawyer with no conflicts of interest and asking here for recommendations.
Has anyone here had a dispute with a park in the area and can recommend a lawyer?
Does anyone know of any parks - preferably nearer coast - that would take our 35 x 12 Willerby Westmoreland (2004)?
Many thanks
Hi All.
Does anyone use an electric scooter to get around, they seem initially a good option to start off with until I get settled, anyone any experiences with using the electric scooters, ie, the best place to buy or get one from Amazon delivered, insurance and DGT certificate of compliance, with mandatory third-party insurance information costs and any recommendations Many Thanks. Phil
Dear All
We have now done the visit to Mollina and the Costa Del Sol in the September 2025.
Looking to go again to Torrex this summer.
Planning on buying a caravan on one of the sites and have carefully watched homes sold and bought.
The same things keep cropping up:
1.A considerable number of homes are UK made and not suitable for hotter climate although they have Air con.
Any comments please from those with UK Vans /Park homes on for example Posada? How effective is air con in UK built homes?
Which models are made only in Spain?
2.Sites: Posada friendly community who look after each other but location a bit far from public transport.
Saydo--did not visit. Any feedback on them please in relation to point 1 above?
3.Torrex Park : This we are visiting in the summer---any feedback please?
4,Cobopino :Noticed a number of sales not suprised as costs huge although very good with transport etc
Any views on the above will be most appreciated.
Regards
Mark
