I paid my car tax this year through my bank's (Banco Sabadell) website. I think most banks have this facility. After I had entered the registration number it even told me the amount. There is also the Malaga Patronato website, and I think you may be able to pay through that.

Sorry, I don't know how that site works. Most Spanish banks have the facility to pay taxes through their website, but they are not easy to navigate. Sorry I can't be of more help.
