Hi all i am thinking of buying a mobile home on Saydo Park later this year, i have noticed that there are a lot for sale, has something changed or have people just fell out with it, like to get your views before i buy. Thanks.
Hi, there are less for sale now than when we first bought on the park 5 years ago. There were 30 odd resales then and Orange Grove only had 15 homes, now that road has 71 homes on it.
People move for different reasons, some have gone back to the UK to be closer to family as they are older, some have decided to move to the coast.

We love it here friendly and supportive neighbours and very peaceful but loads to do when you want to.

Am sure whatever you have arranged to see with Claire you will find one you love and she is a diamond we are lucky to have her on the park.

Hi I will give you a shout when I get there.
Have a look at Parque La Vina as well. We moved there 12 months ago and love it. Its not as far out of the village as saydo.

Better off buying a house or renting a house in mollina, it's far cheaper and closer to everything you need. The parks aren't for everyone. Plenty of horror stories from people on the park
