My husband died in February. All of my family live in the UK, consequently I am on my own. I live in a Spanish urbanisation, and although my neighbours are supportive it is difficult to communicate due to my limited Spanish.
I would like to meet up with ex pats within the Mijas area.

Have you considered joining Costa Women? It is a group of women across the region who are interested in reaching out to each other and membership is free. Coffee sessions, lunches, dinners and lots of other opportunities for meeting other women who live in the area.

Your first paragraph is exactly my thoughts and situation (other than my wife died of cancer in March!). I also live 10 minutes drive from Mijas and if you wish we could meet there for a coffee and chat and support?
