Goods From Amazon es.

Over the past few weeks, I have ordered in excess of 14 items from Amazon es. None of these items were delivered to my address in Malaga. Upon enquiring with Amazon es, I was told that they had all been delivered to my address. I strongly advised Amazon es that NONE of these items had been delivered to my address in Malaga.

Upon contacting Amazon es by their live chat line, I was strongly advised by Amazon es, that these items HAD been delivered to my address. I assured Amazon es that I had received none of these items.

When I asked for refunds for the items ordered from Amazon es, I was refused on the grounds that Amazon es had delivered all the items to my address in Malaga. I spent over three hours with Amazon es, on live chat, trying to reason with them, but to no avail. In effect, I have lost several hundred euros.

So, everyone please be aware that Amazon es appear to be running a huge scam in this area. My advice would be, do not attempt to purchase anything from Amazon es.

Does anyone know how I could possibly get my money back from Amazon es? Any advice would be gratefully received.

I use Amazon a lot, just on one occasion a delivery went astray, must have been delivered to wrong address, customer service insisted delivered to mine, however, did give a full refund. I think sometimes a problem when other people take the goods, wrong address. They should really ask for ID and get signature each time.

Never had any problem with Amazon.es in the past. Make sure your address is correct.

Ask for a photo of the delivery point. They normally do that. If you e not had 14 items delivered did you not notice after a few times and find out what was going on?

My neighbour in an apartment has the same issue where they are delivering to the wrong address all the time but claiming otherwise.

They opted to select delivery to the local dropbox locker set up where you can go and collect it from with an entry code they send you, I think it was at the local petrol station for them in a row of Amazon lockers.

This is the best option i use the locker option all the time and never had a problem
