Goods From Amazon es.
Over the past few weeks, I have ordered in excess of 14 items from Amazon es. None of these items were delivered to my address in Malaga. Upon enquiring with Amazon es, I was told that they had all been delivered to my address. I strongly advised Amazon es that NONE of these items had been delivered to my address in Malaga.
Upon contacting Amazon es by their live chat line, I was strongly advised by Amazon es, that these items HAD been delivered to my address. I assured Amazon es that I had received none of these items.
When I asked for refunds for the items ordered from Amazon es, I was refused on the grounds that Amazon es had delivered all the items to my address in Malaga. I spent over three hours with Amazon es, on live chat, trying to reason with them, but to no avail. In effect, I have lost several hundred euros.
So, everyone please be aware that Amazon es appear to be running a huge scam in this area. My advice would be, do not attempt to purchase anything from Amazon es.
Does anyone know how I could possibly get my money back from Amazon es? Any advice would be gratefully received.
