Property wanted to buy: Townhouse wanted

I'm renting in Duquesa and am looking to purchase a townhouse within a 20 minute drive of Duquesa port , I'm a cash buyer and don't mind doing building work , very quick decision and prompt completion.
I was told that by offering an "INTRODUCERS FEE " of say 3,000 EURO to anybody who introduces me to a property that leads to a successful completion might be a good idea ,so if anybody our there knows of a well priced property who wants a quick sale please let me know.
