Property wanted to rent: 1 or 2 bed property oct to dec and mid march to mid may sadly the 90 day rule

we have lived in duquesa 20 years , we like it but sadly 90 day rule means were limited, we have a small old dog very well behaved most people know her in the port, we are there from oct to dec  as we have sold the appartment and were there to see the sale go through , we drive down so will be looking for a rental with parking close to ameneties preferably sabby or duquesa port or close so we can walk every where we have a house full of furniture to clear, so unfurnished is ok if the appartment needs a bit of refurb thats ok  if interested please e./mail me on ,  [email protected]
