Hi,
We completed on our house purchase in July 2019.
This week we received a rebate associate with tax we paid at purchase because the sale of our house never went through until 4 weeks later.
Checking our paperwork we paid two lots of taxes , can we also expect another rebate or am I being overly optimistic.

Please talk to your lawyer. Spain isnt a third world country. With due process you should get your money back if it was taken twice inadvertently.
