Hi. I would suggest you contact Julia Mahon on +34 64 9160 773. She was our key holder, cleaner, sometimes meet and greet lady for some years until we sold our apartment two years ago. The new owners also use her now. Julia is English and has lived in Spain for a long time and speaks Spanish really well so helped us with all kinds. She also knows a lot of people should you need any alterations doing etc. and certainly won’t rip you off!
