When I sell my apartment in Spain what Spanish costs and taxes do I need to be aware of?
Any UK costs and axes converting my euros to pounds and paying the pounds into a UK bank?
Hopefully a few people that have done this already may still be members and can post their experiences.

List of costs in link below, it's not cheap to sell and agents charge normally 5%. As for transfer of money you will be advised to open a Wise account - https://wise.com/us/blog/how-to-open-wise-account
