La Cala Hills area

Hi
We are in the process of getting our Non Lucrative Visa to relocate to the Costa Drl Sol this year. We have spent the last two winters in torrequbreda and had a look around the area and liked the look of La Cala Hills area, anyone stay there or have any information on the area? we hope to possibly rent for a month or so before buying but just looking for some general feeling about the area if possible.
