We are seriously considering buying an apartment in Mijas Costa. However, there are so many permutations and options eg location, mortgage or not, realistic rental incomes, management charges etc etc the list goes on!?
Are there people with previous experience who could give us an idiot guide to pros & cons of buying and the possible traps we could fall into?

We are at the beginning of our process of buying an apartment, we view with My Dream Home Estate Agents who put everything in the hands of the Spanish solicitor, we are now back in England it has been straightforward so far fingers crossed. A few e mails, phone calls and one visit to our solicitor to be witnessed for the Notary. It should all go through in four weeks, just keep an eye on the exchange rate it can cost more for your property otherwise. Good luck
