Beloved caravan for sale on superb site in Camping Cabopino, Marbella, Andalucía, Spain.

Top of the range year 2007 Coachmen Laser 650/4 Special Edition with air con for sale on beautiful sunny parcela G26, Camping Cabopino with sea views of the Mediterranean. Loads of extras:

On parcela parking for large vehicle (e.g., Nissan Navara).

Not that you would wish to move from this idyllic pitch, but the caravan does have motor movers acting on all 4 wheels.

Very secure safe, part of Special Edition extras we think.

All season awning erected 2017 with 150mm high plinth fitted with artificial turf & IKEA drawer units.

Kitchen tent with full height domestic fridge/freezer & well equipped with IKEA drawer units.

2 x propriety sheds, again well equipped with IKEA drawer units & other storage facilities.

Privacy hedging to terrace with established bougainvillea’s & artificial turf.

Padlockable gate with path for access to terrace.

Satellite TV included with access to BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 + DVD.

3 burner gas ‘kettle’ BBQ with additional side burner + 2 gas bottles with sail awning over.

3 gas bottles for caravan with easy but protected access for convenient swap-over.

Catalytic converter heater in awning with 3 heater settings & gas bottle.

1m square terrace table with 4 matching chairs (2 normally used in awning with caravan table).

Lots of other ‘gubbins’ included as we now rent an apartment & have no use for it.

Potential buyers to agree their own terms with Cabopino management, but as a guide, we have just paid €480 for March, excluding electric.

I regret to say we speak very little Spanish, so any communications, in English please.

Our apartment is in La Cala de Mijas, so subject to availability, we can be at Cabopino for viewing at fairly short notice by arrangement. We are here until late April.

Hi Linda & Sandy, thank you for your interest & visit today. If you have a list of tariffs from the site, may I draw your attention to the 42% discount off low rate fees for 30+ nights stay which I assume will apply to you. Not mentioned in the tariffs however is the additional discount for cash payment, 10% discount for up front payment January-January & 6% for 6 months, presumably from Jan-June / June-Dec. We have always found it worthwhile to pay the 12 months in advance, except for this year, knowing we were selling the caravan. The rent is paid until end March this year. Kind regards, Ian & Sue.

I am writing to those who have shown an interest in our caravan to advise I have just relisted it on ebay.co.uk with a ridiculous starting price of £6,750, the reason being I do not wish to spend further on-site fees when the current paid fees expire at the end of March. The end of bidding is 21st March at 17:48.

For those who would find bidding in GBP a problem, if you wish to put in an acceptable offer direct to me in EUR nearer the locally advertised price of €12,000 in good time, then I will withdraw the ebay listing provided I can do so under ebay conditions.
