Can anyone recommend: General Helpful and Reliable Handymen

Hello Everyone ... Have you any recommendations for reliable, friendly, helpful and skilled trades people - electricians, carpenters, general builders, plumbers etc - and someone we can ask to come and fix small things - helping us hang pictures etc? We are also looking for a loose cover maker who can cover a sofa and chair for us. I speak Spanish so communication shouldn't be an issue. Thanks very much in advance for any suggestions.
