Looking round table top to extend side of table from 100 cm dia. to 120-125 cm dia.

I am looking to buy a type of retractable table top to cover a glass table of 100 cm dia. and extend it to 120 or 125 cm dia. The purpose is to extend seating from 4 to 8. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
