This is the latest (as far as I Know) news;
...but I would be inclined to wait to see bricks being laid before getting too excited :)

After the press report on 29/12/2021 there has been no further news. We will all have to wait and see what happens at the Laguna Village site. I am sorry there is no more positive news yet about this rebuild to tell you.

Cheers Nigel. The reason for my post is that I am looking at buying in the area, and although Playa El Padron is really nice, it would be great to have a rebuilt Laguna Village for us and our visitors. Wait and see time!
