I am back in the uk now, but thank you so much for responding.  We will have lots of bits to do so it would be grately appreciated if you could take a look when we are in Spain again (hopefully several times in 2023).

My husband and I want a ceiling fan replaced, all the light fittings and possibly new sockets, and he will want a Pat test (or something like that) basically I think he wants the electrics tested so we have a certificate eventually.

If you are able to do all that then absolutely fantastic.  However, if the electrics are a nightmare, then we would still like to meet with you for other bits to be done.

Nice to hear back from you. 

Yes I can do all the electric work you mentioned which will be a lot cheaper for you than employing an electrician. However I can’t do the PAT testing as I am not qualified to do so, but you get an electrician to do the testing afterwards.

I also be will be happy to look at your other works. 

We can get together when your back.
