Holiday Rental Cleaning and Key Holding

We use Malcolm Shaw for our apartment in Casares Costa. We are very satisfied, he and his team are doing a very good job. Twice a month they also make control visits, and every time we receive feed back and photos.

Hopefully you can get a good cleaner and keyholder,best to get someone insured and registered to carry out work,

We had a cleaner doing our apartment for a few years when we learnt it was rented out without our knowledge and conned out of few thousand Euros. i installed a  covert cctv camera to record the cleaner doing 1hr of cleaning and charging us for 4hrs cleaning. Same person was doing the same trick to another guy on the block.

If its on front door then I can't see any probs, only use for security reasons. 

We only keep an eye out when it's not occupied.

when it trust and security, we feel very safe with Malcolm and his team. As mentioned they do control visits every second week, and every time we receive photos and small video clips to show us everything is in good condition.

Roughly how much do people pay for a clean eg 3 bed apartment? And for other things like checking etc?
