Hi Norman

There are no Clinics in either Duquesa Port or Sabinillas. Villages are too small. There is Helicopteros Sanitarius in the Eroski centre  who do theses test but they do not open on  Saturdays & Sundays. I believe they are very  expensive.

I can highly recommend the Covid test centre at Malaga airport. To return to England, you don't need a PCR test, a rapid antigen test will suffice, which costs 25 Euros. I'd recommend you book a slot well in advance. The test centre is situated in the original part of the airport and you get your results in 5-20 minutes (ours took 10 mins). The test result and Covid test certificate are sent to your mobile phone or email, so you can book a test 30 minutes before your check-in time for your flight. When you get to the test centre, there are two queues, one on the right for people who have booked an appointment, and the other (a very long queue) for those who haven't booked. You can book online using this link:

Alternatively if you can not  get an appointment  at Malaga Airport then there is  Clinica  Del Rio (952 805 329) in Avda Litoral,Estepona or Cenyt Hospital (952 808 100)  in Av. de Andalucia, Estepona who  will do these tests for you. Prices are unnknown at this stage.

Helicopters Sanitarios upstairs from the DIA supermarket on the mountain side of the main road. No appointment necessary......65€ or 55€ if you are a member. Whole thing takes 15 minutes and you walk out with your certificate. I did it 2 weeks ago just before I drove to Bilbao to catch the ferry to Portsmouth. Hope that helps.
