Can anyone recommend a teacher, Spanish language?

I've been teaching myself Spanish. I know a lot of words but get terribly confused in stringing sentences together! I also like to learn how to spell the language. Any classes anywhere Sabi, Manilva that may help? I get stuck when people on various forums mention preterite, direct indirect objects adverbs etc. Thanks in advance everyone. Elle
