Hi all, I was enduring if property prices have recently, my family have had a property in the cabopino area since 2004, (it was a new build) we have decided to sell the property and possibly move to Elveria district, we bought at the very top of the property boom and I realise are unlikely to get near what the property cost back then, but would it be better to hold out for another year or is now a buoyant time?

Thanks in advance

David.

Like you we bought in 2004 height of boom and came to sell in 2019. Whilst we didn't make anything neither did we lose anything. Less money to pay back to the tax man, Our property was on the market for 18months before it sold. Good luck

Thank you for the helpful reply, this gives me a little confidence with trying to sell.

Kind regards

David.
