Hi we are considering moving to Costa del Sol, we’re there next week as we have some school interviews. I have beds in touch with a few estate agents but one guy told me that we will not find a nice property to buy in Benhavis for less than €600,000 which has maybe me wonder if this move or doable ? We do need 3 bedrooms and a bit of outside space as wr have 2 dogs.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
There are a lot of properties under 600k in Benahavis. We rented one called Jacaranda in the Alqueria urbanization, for several weeks. it was also on the market for sale, I believe for 375k. You should check out the Idealista website for listings. GOOD LUCK!!
